The Role: Interim Estate Surveyor
Location: Kent
Salary: Excellent Day Rate
Sector: Property
I have a client with a large portfolio that covers both public and private sector properties. We are helping them find an Estate Surveyor on an interim basis to help clear a back log of work.
The role is open immediately, the day rate will be dependent on experience and the length of contract can be flexible but we anticipate it lasting between 3 and 6 months.
The ideal candidate
- Experienced Property Surveyor
- Available Immediately
- Lots of lease experience
- Good exposure to Landlord and Tenant sides
- Excellent service charge experience
- Diligent and flexible
- An outstanding eye for detail
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Experience across both residential and commercial property surveying
