IT Manager – Property business
Position: IT Manager
Salary: £55,000
Location: Central London
The company provides co-working, serviced apartments, and omnichannel shopping experiences that seamlessly connect people, property and businesses with tens of millions of visitors each year.
About the Role:
The IT Manager is to be responsible for the specification, design, implementation, maintenance and running of the group’s computer systems.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Management of IT team
- AWS infrastructure
- Our hybrid-cloud infrastructure (VMWare/AWS)
- On-site CCTV servers
- Monitoring systems to ensure security
- Upgrading systems and processes for enhanced functionality and issue resolution
- The group’s backend systems
- Handling budget, approvals, and working with procurement to ensure cost effective purchasing
Desirable Skills:
- Keen problem solver
- Cisco Meraki
- Networks
- AWS design, setup and security
- Business Information Systems
- G Suite
- Database management
- Windows Server and Active Directory
- Linux system administration
- VoIP phone systems
Experience Requirements:
- Five or more years of IT work experience
- Two or more years in a team leadership/management role
- Optional product or system certification
