Site Manager - Internal Decent Home Project - Long Term Freelance Opportunity

My client, a national housing maintenance contractor, are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their Internal decent homes programme.
The project is an internal refurbishment programme. Works you will be managing include Kitchen and Bathroom replacements, asbestos removal and electrical rewires. You must have a proven track record in delivering these types of works on social housing projects.
All of these works will be carried out to scattered properties and low and high rise tower blocks. Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors, health and safety talks, inspecting projects pre and post works, taking progress meetings and managing the general delivery of the programme.
All candidates applying for the role MUST have;
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Scaffold Inspection
Full Clean Driving Licence and your own vehicle
All candidates must be available to start immediately. This role is a freelance position however it could lead to longer term work or a permanent role if your performance is satisfactory.
