DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT – REAL ESTATE – FRANCE
Salary: up to €120k plus bonus
Location: France – Nationwide role
Head Quarters are based in Paris - you must be able to travel on regular basis to/fro for meetings.
Job Purpose:
The role of Development Director is to ensure the group meets its growth objectives while achieving strong ROIC. This position leads development functions in the region to ensure this group has world-class capability, top brand-building locations, and high returns.
Requirements:
- Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners and work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactiveness and self-motivation in delivering high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure;
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
Ideal Candidate
- Experience of more than 5 years in the commercial development
- Degree or significant experience within property, real estate, assets management or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Perfect command of computer tools
- Attention to detail
- Excellent planning, budgeting and organizing skills;
- French, English – high proficiency
