Our client, a growing housing refurbishment contractor in UK, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their planned maintenance division.
Job Profile;
You will be responsible for delivering a external and FRA refurbishment project in North West London. There are two tower blocks that are having new windows and doors and scaffold erection/management. You will be managing a site team ( 1 x site manager, 1 x RLO), and sub contractors on site/
You will be responsible for the project planning and programming of the works, health and safety on site, client liaison, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme.
Experience needed for this role includes;
- Minimum of 5 years contract managerial experience decent home schemes
- A proven track record of delivering external & internal refurbishment projects
- SMSTS,CSCS, First Aid qualifications
- An ability to programme work streams on your own accord (Microsoft Projects/ASTA)
- A clean driving licence
