Lead Maintenance Electrical Engineer
Prestigious site in Epsom
Salary Circa £36,000- £38,000
This is a site based role as Lead Maintenance engineer working on a brand new flagship site for one of the the leading FM company in the UK. Working on this brand new site there is plenty of room for progression and growth within the role.
As a Lead M&E Engineer you will be responsible to ensure that the Mechanical and Electrical works and day to day reactive works are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Will be a qualified Electrical engineer NVQ Level 2 minimum or equivalent - ideally with 18 th Edition
- Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems.
- Undertake essential repair and fault finding on critical systems and equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets.
- Ensure that all technical KPI's and SLA's are met for planned and reactive activities
- Maintenance of lighting systems.
- Complete all task /risk assessments sheets and method statements relating to work.
- Previous supervisory experience (Desirable)
