We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to be based in Bellshill for one of Europes largest Facilities Maintenance companies . This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities:


  • Be accountable for the financial performance of the contract.
  • To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed.
  • Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance.
  • Manage the client service delivery over a number of locations, by ensuring all resources work in a collaborative manner.
  • To set, monitor and control SLA's and KPI's seeking opportunities to provide added value across the delivery stakeholders.
  • To work with the mobile teams in planning, implementing and monitoring the standards of all works.
  • Review monthly audit checks, demonstrating legislative compliance.
  • To review contract performance monthly and plan ahead.
  • Develop and Monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews.
  • Deliver training and corporate briefings.
  • To drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives.
  • To manage any support functions as required to deliver the service.
  • To manage the interface with third party suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • To maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services.
  • To regularly meet with the client to report on performance and further understand their organisation and requirements.
  • To drive profit improvement through generation of sales and ensuring cost saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams.
  • To Manage the Estate Change process, ensuring that Contract Variations are processed in compliance with the Service Partner Agreement and Change Control process.
  • To promote the Energy Services and Project Services capabilities and ensure value for money for the client.
  • Weekly review and issue of Statutory and Quotations trackers to demonstrate Statutory Compliance

What we are looking for:


  • Previous Account Management experience.
  • Good knowledge of building services and legislation.
  • Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management.
  • Must have the balanced ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances.
  • Technical background is desirable.
  • H&S Qualification are desirable.
  • Working knowledge of CDM 2015 is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
  • Experience of using a CAFM system.
