Role details:
• Managing hard, soft and project services for the site
• Leading all strategic development for the contract
• Day to day budget management including working to annual and monthly budgets
• Talent planning and development of on-site FM team
• Scoping and delivery of additional works on the site
• Sub-contractor procurement and management for specialist services
• Ensuring compliance with GMP regulation
• Holding regular update and progress meetings
• Meeting key site monthly objectives
Requirements:
You will ideally come from a technical services background with knowledge of managing TFM contracts within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector. Strong team leadership and budget management experience is also essential for the role.
