The Role
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the hotel both internally and externally. Ensuring the smooth operation of the guest experience whilst adhering to Health and Safety standards and within budget. Strong Management experience is essential and the ability to motivate, develop and ensure a high performance of staff.
Your experience
Ideally you will have had a similar role and qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering. A good understanding of working with a helpdesk system is also important.
