Helpdesk Team Leader

Location: Bellshill

Salary: £23k + on call

Job Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader to look after a team of 7/8 staff within a helpdesk environment.


  • Coordinate the day to day tasks of the Business Support Centre Helpdesk

· Identify and deliver training as required

· Produce and analyse daily/weekly reports to improve and maximise teams' performance

· First point of escalation for issues raised by BSC Co-ordinators


  • Fully support the Helpdesk Manager
  • Assist Helpdesk Manager with management and production of staff rota
  • Day to day supervision of the Business Support Coordinators
  • Work shifts between 7am-7pm with on call 1 in 5

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a Helpdesk environment (preferably FM)
  • Previous experience as a team leader preferable
  • Commercially astute, used to a contract operating environment with SLAs and KPIs.
