Role details:
• Delivery of additional works to the core FM contract from definition to close
• Projects will include variety of building fabric and building civils projects valued from 1-500k
• Coordination of multiple stakeholders and consultants/contractors
• Undertake procurement of the subcontractors
• Lead all compliance associated with the projects
• Monitoring projects in accordance with the NEC3 contract
• Managing all project budgets
• Providing regular updates to internal management
Requirements:
You will have a proven background in project delivery across the building fabric sector. A relevant project management related qualification would be an advantage and IOSH is also important for the role. The ability to oversee multiple projects is important for the role and the ability to start at short notice would also be an advantage.
