Facilities & Estate Director
£90,000 - £100,000

Our client is currently recruiting for a Facilities & Estate Director to oversee the growth and expansion of this premium restaurant business within the Greater London area. You will have experience of working on a similar roll-out and being the key technical and programme interface with designers, subcontractors and business stake holders with a strong Real Estate background.
The role:
- Management of all the group’s properties
- Management of all property related services, such as repairs; maintenance; utilities and security
- Control of all property related costs, such as rents; rates and services
- Oversight of all property transactions and relationship with landlords
- Oversight of all property developments, upgrades and refurbishments
- Oversight of all external service providers engaged for the activities above
- Supporting all operational and support functions in the specific area of responsibility
- Control external service providers who currently perform many of these tasks
- Manage risks and insurances related to the specific area of responsibility
Experience:
- Must have experience in a similar role ideally within hospitability
- Proven experience managing multiple site
- New opening experience and expansion in London is desirable
- Commercial real estate focused
- Full clean driving clearance
