2x Static Electrical biased Shift Engineers in the City of Westminster


  • Salary: OTE £40,000 Min
  • Shift: Full shift 4 on 4 off Days and Nights – 07.00 to 19.00 and 19.00 to 07.00 (flexible for congestion charge )

We are looking for an Electrically Biased maintenance engineer to cover all aspects of electrical and mechanical maintenance on a large heritage site in the lively city of Westminster for one of our most valued customers, a leading building services provider who are growing rapidly all over Europe and have many very well-respected customers within their portfolio. This prestigious company invests in their employees and offer a vast array of training courses and progressions schemes to help expand their engineers’ skills set.



This particular contract has at least 4 to 8 years left on it and with this in mind we are looking ideally for engineers who are looking for a long-term opportunity with this in mind they will offer you job security and a very rewarding place to work.



Ideal candidates would have either completed a full electrical or mechanical apprenticeship or hold City and Guilds or NVQ electrical or mechanical qualifications up to level 3 as well as having their 17th or 18th Edition. Building services experience preferred but not essential.



Successful applicants will need to be able to work confidently both alone and as part of a team and perform well in a high-pressure environment to ensure any issues on site are resolved quickly. It is essential that the applicant can work in a variety of environments, such as working from heights or in confined spaces as well as being able to interact with the public during the day. The experience with PPM’s, reactive works, fault finding, emergency lighting, AHU’s, FCU’s, pumps and motors and other day to day duties is essential to be considered for the role.
