Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the UK's top Facilities Management Companies who operate on some of the largest and most prestigious contracts in the UK and Worldwide. We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician with a good knowledge of building services on a one man site based in the City of London, this role will be very client facing with weekly client and account director meetings.
Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency light test to a 6 month / annual test. The role will involve a range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding and electrical repair.
Whilst on site you might also be required from time to time to carry out some more general building maintenance, this could be replacing a ceiling tile, or putting a door handle back on for example.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems and mechanical systems.
- Undertake essential repair and fault finding on critical systems and equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets.
- Maintenance of lighting systems and emergency light testing's
