Are you looking for an admin role with more substance? Do you want to get hands on running a contract? Do you want to develop your business analyst skills?
There's lots of for you to learn and challenge yourself with here. As the Director's "go-to" person in the office you'll collaborate with our team across the UK to make sure we're delivering the best service possible to our client. Whether that's looking after suppliers or providing accurate reports so they can run their properties more efficiently you'll be at the forefront of this.
We pride ourselves on the quality and consistently of information we give our client about their commercial property portfolio so a big part of your role will be business analysis. You'll help us (and them) track the costs of buying and selling their offices, map out strategies for future growth and show areas where we can improve. This is a crucial part of our relationship with our client so your contribution won't go unnoticed.
You'll also be the first point of contact for our supply chain, making sure products and services are directed to where they're needed as effectively as possible.
To make the most of the Contracts Administrator role you will need to come from an administration background and have at least intermediate MS Excel skills (pivot tables, V look ups etc.) to be able to run the business analyst side of the role. If you enjoy collaborating with lots of different people; from your colleagues on the contract to external suppliers to the client themselves this job is going to suit you.
