This global blue chip company are looking for an experience real estate/space planning to professional to lead all strategy and occupancy projects for a corporate office portfolio. Daily duties will incorporate;
Leading all strategy for space planning/occupancy management for a key site and other smaller sites in the West London area
Managing all occupancy planning including forecasting headcount and space requirements
Maintenance of all migration plans including block and stack changes
Project management for all accommodation changes
Day to day management of a small team
Sub contractor management and procurement
Resolving technical issues with Serraview
Assist with larger capital works projects as required
Travelling to other London based sites to assist with space planning needs
Requirements:
You will have a strong property/real estate background with an emphasis on managing a variety of space planning projects. Previous experience of a working in blue chip corporate environment is essential for the role and previous team management knowledge would also be an advantage.
