Repairs Contract Manager - Social Housing Maintenance - Excellent Opportunity Starting Immediately

Our client, one of the largest housing maintenance contractors in the UK, are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their housing maintenance contractor.
You will be joining an already established team and will be responsible for the management and delivery of day to day repairs to social housing dwellings.. You will be responsible for managing a team of 25 operatives and 3 repairs supervisors, ensuring they are achieving KPI's on a daily and weekly basis as well as ensuring the works are completed to the correct standard.
My client are looking for a candidate who will be able to come in and drive the team forward to achieve targets and standards that have been agreed. You will be responsible for managing the full operation for the repairs & maintenance department and be able to make decisions on your own accord. You will report in to the operations manager.
To apply for this role, you must have the following;
- Minimum 5 years experience managing reactive maintenance works to social housing dwellings
- CSCS Card
- Full clean driving licence and your own vehicle
