We currently have a position available for a Junior Air Conditioning Estimator to join a UK wide facility’s management company that specialise in retail, corporate, commercial and MOD contracts.
The Role is based out of the Enfield office and covers Essex, London and Home Counties.
The role will include a variety of tasks including the following:
- Estimating and quoting for works
- Taking ownership of full quote
- Follow jobs through from start to finish
- Ordering parts & materials
- Liaising with labour control and clients
- Setting up of quote files on the server, saving documents and information in files
- Meeting clients as necessary to discuss their requirements and advise accordingly
- Raising orders
- Arrange deliveries
- Follow lifecycle of job
- Prioritise workload
- Manage completion dates with client
Experience & Knowledge:
- Understanding on HVAC systems is beneficial
- Previous estimator experience (not essential)
- Previously worked within a HVAC company is advantageous
- Someone who is well focused
- Must have a logical manor
- Driven
- Must be able to work off own initiative effectively
