We are currently recruiting for a Sub Contractor Manager to manage a diverse, external sub-contractor base for all FM services primarily across 3 large sites. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week and is to be based at Lakenheath.
The Managers primary role will be to work with the operational, commercial and financial teams to ensure sub-contractor delivery of service. This covers all aspects of hard and soft services.
This role will form an essential part of the operational management of the contract and will be client forward facing, the candidate will work closely with all teams and will have to have excellent communication skills to ensure all operational and contractual obligations are adhered to.
Duties of the role include:
- Liaise with contract manages and technical team to establish the requirements for sub-contractor service.
- Establish and review the performance of the individual subcontractors
- Liaise with the client to demonstrate continuous improvements across all contracts
- Build and present reports base on individual and collective sub-contractor performance for both internal and external clients
- Carry out internal meeting with the central operation teams
- Prepare and present to the exec team service improvements and trend analysis
- Provide and deliver monthly performance reports to the client with the assistance of the administration team
- Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience of managing subcontractors, ideally across a large multi-discipline site
- Confident and driven individual with
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Good knowledge and experience in service delivery
- Good It skills particularly Microsoft word and excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
