Customer Services Advisor - Kings Cross
Monday to Friday / 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Salary: 22K - 23K
Our client is looking for an experience Customer Services Advisor to join their team based out of there HQ in Kings Cross.
The customer services team provide Mechanical. Electrical and plumbing components to their FM clients.
Day to day duties;
- Deal with product enquiries via telephone and email.
- Provide information on pricing and availability.
- Produce quotations and input orders
- Source products outside of the core items
- Liaising with suppliers and placing orders
- Provide support to external sales team while they are on site.
Key Skills;
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail to process quotations and orders accurately
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and self-motivated
- Experience or Knowledge within the FM business is beneficial.
