Regional Manager (Block Management) / Head of Block Management


 


My client is an established and fast growing Managing Agent that provides residential block and estate management services across the UK and they are looking to add a Regional Manager to cover the M4 corridor. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for the supervision, motivation and development of a team of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Accountants and Administrators in order to ensure the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.


 


Key Objectives


 



    • Demonstrate full and professional management of staff in the region to ensure efficient running of the Regional Office and report to Head of Management based at head office

    • Provide Professional property management of the regional property portfolio; Freehold/Leasehold developments on behalf of clients; Freeholders, Developers and Resident Management Companies (RMC)

    • Undertake the day to day management and direct all regional maintenance staff and liaise with Maintenance Supervisor/Director based at head office.

    • Actively seek to grow the regional business via new customer leads and property management referrals


 


Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)


 



    • Maximise fee income and all streams of income revenue

    • Manage developments and client/owner relationships to ensure business retention

    • Always protect the interests of the Company, never accepting liability or leave the Company exposed.

    • Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures

    • Agree and monitor regional staff KPI's and conduct appraisals

    • Manage complaints within terms of service level agreement

    • Create new business referrals

    • Promote the Companies core values at all times
