A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a client-facing individual to work as a FM Scheduler for one of the UKs leading facilities management companies. This position will be based within a very busy and enthusiastic team at the HQ in Enfield.
The ideal Candidate will need to have had scheduling / labour control experience, and will be confiedent in managing mobile engineers who will attend multiple visits each day (reactive not planned callouts).
An FM background will be desirable for this role (not essential) as role is to control plumbers / carpenters / roofers / builders.
Our clients team cover from Northampton (NN) down to the tip of Cornwall so geographical knowledge of postcodes will also be advantageous.
You will be expected to deal with telephone traffic, high volume of emails and chasers from clients and engineers.
The working hours are a 40 hour week, either 8-5 or 8.30-5.30
Salary will be early 20`s (experience will be taken into account)
