The Role: Senior Property Manager
Sector: Mixed use – Commercial and Residential Property
Location: North West London / Middlesex
Salary: £40,000pa
My client are a leading private property developer with an enviable portfolio that stretches across the City. Their success is leading to expansion so we are now looking for a robust and experienced Property Manager to join the team.
It is imperative for the incoming candidate to have significant experience in block management and be extremely well versed in Service Charge Accounts, leases and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing Service Charge statements
Preparing budgets
Liaising with Lessees and management agents
Managing rent and service charge payments, chasing outstanding monies
Liaising on rent reviews
Reviewing and negotiating all service agreements
Reviewing and implementing a strategy for contractor services
Introducing Estate Management strategies for new incoming blocks
Increase resident satisfaction through communication and transparency
Promoting RICS good practice on managed estates
This role requires someone with a ‘can do’ mentality who the ability to multi-task. Although you will be primarily office based, you can expect a fair amount of travel between London sites too.
