AGM / Senior Contracts Manager
Bristol
Salary;75-85k + car allowance & bonus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a client-facing individual to work as a Senior Contracts Manager for one of the UKs leading facilities management companies.
As a company they will provide a competitive salary, excellent progression as well as the chance to work for one of the biggest names in the FM industry.
As Senior Contracts Manager you will be responsible for all aspects hard services including; planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and engineering, delivering solutions on time and on budget across multiple contracts.
You will provide operational and commercial management of multiple high profile contracts in excess of £5million + extra works
Key Accountabilities include;
- Budget responsibility
- Performance management of maintenance team against client KPI’s
- Ensure all reactive and quoted jobs are completed with relevant SLA’s and closed down as required
- Management and development of maintenance team through setting clear objectives
- To produce monthly management reports
- To manage all procurement requirements
- Support the maintenance and soft service teams in their roles though effective communication
Ideally you should come from a Mechanical or Electrical background, and have previous experience in a similar senior contract managers / AGM role.
