Technical Maintenance Supervisor
Static Site - Pangbourne
£38,000 - £44,000 per annum (Salary negotiable depending on experience)
Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
This role would be good for someone looking to make the step between a Lead Engineer and a Facilities Manager.
The client is looking for a Technically-minded, hands-on maintenance supervisor with a good technical background in facilities maintenance. The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will be someone up for a challenging role on a large site, working for the countries biggest Facilities Maintenance company. They will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the supervisors/line managers on site.
- Working closely with the Facilities Manager and stepping into the FM role if/when required.
- Managing workloads of the engineers
- Scheduling training of the engineers
- Ensuring all annual leave is arranged/covered on the site.
Benefits of this role include but are not limited to:
- 25 days annual leave with a further 8 days bank holiday, taking you up to 33 days annual leave.

- Overtime rates paying at 1.5x and 2x the standard rate.
The ideal candidate would preferably have the following:
- Strong technical/maintenance engineering background
- History of working in supervisory roles for Hard Services
- Good understanding of critical sites
- Can Do attitude
- Be up for putting themselves into a challenging yet rewarding role
