My client is looking for a Lead Contract Support to work in central Leeds team managing

 a team of helpdesk advisors the administrators across a large contract. Based out of the Leeds office, you will be working with a large nationwide client with sites across the UK - the customer is a high-profile retail client and so a high level of service is required for this role.

In the role of Lead Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the man-management of the Helpdesk and Administration team who take incoming calls from customers and manage the planned and reactive maintenance for all M+E related issues, including maintenance and calls.  You will assist in the coaching of the team and be responsible for the team staying on track with KPI’s and managing the workflow. You will also take part in managerial meetings and also help out answering calls as and when required, getting stuck into the workload.

Duties include:


  • Man Management of the team
  • KPI tracking and management
  • Attending managerial and strategic meetings
  • Taking calls from customers and booking in engineers to breakdowns
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Invoicing
  • Managing the company's CAFM system
  • Processing Engineer's timesheets and invoices
  • Managing orders with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Running reports and metrics
  • Analysing performance data
  • Tender documentation and project work
  • Maintaining SQHE documentation
