Chef - £18 p/h - to work Friday 22nd and Monday 25th November
Job Purpose
- Production of meals and food services to the Company's standards whilst meeting client specifications and adhering to Food Safety, Health and Safety and other relevant legislation
Responsibilities
- The preparation and service of all food
- To be available directly behind the food counters during service and deliver a service which continually meets client expectations
- To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen to minimise food loss and wastage
- To complete and ensure the compliance of all cleaning schedules
- Maintain a high standard of personal and operational hygiene and ensure these standards are met by the team
- Ensure all statutory and company regulations relating to fire, safety and hygiene are adhered to
- Carry out any reasonable request by management
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Qualified to 706-1 and 706-2 or NVQ 3 Food Preparation or equivalent
- Proven experience at a similar level
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Trained in COSHH, Health and Safety and Food Safety
