Role details:
• Lead and deliver a number of m+e projects for a commercial office environment
• Projects will include installations, building fabric, facilities engineering and refurbishments
• Review project requests and analyse feasibility
• Scope out projects including risk assessment
• Conduct milestone planning and kick off meeting for each project
• Day to day budget management for the projects up to 50k
• Work with the operations team to understand life cycle opportunities
• Hold regular update meetings with FM team
• Ensure all HSE is complied with for projects
Requirements:
A background within M+E/building services managing minor works projects is essential for the role. Prince 2 or M+E qualifications would be an advantage and knowledge of conducting end to end project delivery is also essential for the role. Knowledge of supply chain management would also be an advantage.
