Role details:
• Management of all catering provision for the site
• Leading an on-site team including training and development
• Budget management for the
• Overseeing a number of different outlets on the site
• Working with the team on developing new food offerings
• Looking at innovation across the contract
• Ensuring all HSE for the catering offering including working with external agencies
• Working with external supply chain when required
Requirements:
You will have a strong catering background and experience of managing a high footfall site is essential for the role. Good team and budget management knowledge is also important for the role and relevant catering qualifications would be an advantage as would IOSH qualification.
