Shift Pattern; Early and Lates: 6am-2pm / 8am- 5pm / 2pm-10pm
We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the UK's top Facilities Management Companies who operate on some of the largest and most prestigious contracts in the UK and Worldwide. We are looking to recruit a Electrical Maintenance Shift Engineer to join part of a team on a modern new build , state of the art Globally recognised manurfacturing site. You will be joing a team of 8 engineers with the scope for progression and upskilling.
As an Electrical Maintenance Shift Engineer you will be responsible to ensure that the contracted electrical maintenance and day to day reactive works are completed.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Relevant experience of electrical maintenance
- Previous experience of shift work (advantagous)
- City and Guilds 2391
- 17th / 18th Edition
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 2/3 Electrical qualifications
- Fault finding on LV panels (advantagous)
- Testing of electrical circuits
- Ensuring that all plant, equipment, office and operational areas that are within JCA control are kept in a clean, tidy and serviceable state
- Ensure regular communication with service coordinators, supervisors, contract managers and where necessary client representatives at all times.
- Write concise handover notes at the end of each shift
- Complete minor building services roels
Applicant must have current UK drivers licence and hold a valid passport
Security checks will be required and no current or pending criminal convictions
