Building Maintenance Technician
Central London

If you enjoy the satisfaction of completing a PPM perfectly, adding that extra dash of service with a smile on a reactive job or get a kick out of a tricky first fix you're going to love your new maintenance job.
Working in a luxury residence in the heart of Central London no two days will be the same. Your work can vary from basic building fabric repairs up to AV and HVAC maintenance, coordinating small works projects with external contractors and so there'll be lots of your to get your teeth into. You'll be the first point of call for any reactive or planned works across the Grade II listed estate so you will be seen as the expert when it comes to looking after the sites.
As our new Building Maintenance Technician you'll work as part of a small, friendly estates team who run the UK estate (2 main London residences, a portfolio of private apartments and a farm in the country) for a UHNWI.
They're used to the highest levels of luxury and hospitality so the estate has state-of-the-art engineering, fitness and entertainment systems you'll get to work on, meaning you'll always have access to the latest kit. We're always looking to improve the facilities so any ideas you can contribute would be appreciated.
So you can hit the ground running experience working in a similar environment would be a bonus but we're keen to speak to Building Maintenance Engineers, Facilities Technicians or Handypeople from any customer facing setting so retail, hospitality, education or corporate offices would all be good.
