Our client is an established FM Provider with a strong presence in the government and public sectors. It is currently looking to hire an Operations Compliance Manager for a large estate in West London.
As the Operations Compliance Manager, you will report into the Senior Operations Manager and be responsible for the onsite team of engineers and supervisors. You will ensure that the team is carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance to all statutory compliance and regulations.
In addition, the Operations Compliance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the estate is fully compliant in accordance with regulations that include: Gas, Water, M&E, Emergency Lighting and Statutory Compliance.
The successful candidate must be organised and have a strong technical background. You will be responsible for keeping all relevant documentation up-to-date and hold regular monthly compliance meetings. Your role will be split 90% Operations and 10% Compliance.
