Our client is recruiting a permanent Reporting Manager to cover 3 sites across the Suffolk area working full time hours of 40 hours a week. Based at Mildenhall, you will work closely with the operational, commercial and financial teams to produce reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Your reports will then be used un high level management meetings to monitor performance. Although the role is based at Mildenhall there will be some travel between sites to attend client meetings and present the reports and so position includes a company vehicle.
This role will form an essential part of the operational management of the contract and will be client forward facing, the candidate will work closely with all teams and will have to have excellent communication skills to ensure all operational and contractual obligations are adhered to.
Duties of the role include:
- Liaise with contract managers and technical team to produce internal and external reporting packs
- Ensure the reporting packs meet contractual and client requirements
- Holding internal meetings with the central operations team
- Support the implementation and management of the CAFM systems
- Organize the reporting of operational packs
- Raise monthly performance reports to the client with the support of the administration team
- Clear communication of the company vision and objectives guaranteeing the implementation of new procedures
- Keep up to date with the industry developments, driving innovation and effective change

Qualifications and required experience:
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience with CAFM systems
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in service delivery
- Good communication and presentation skills
