Void Surveyor - Social Housing Maintenance - Excellent Freelance Opportunity - Immediate Start

Our client are currently looking for an experienced Void Surveyor to join their housing maintenance division on a long term freelance basis.
In the role you will be expected to visit void properties, carry out pre work surveys and use the NHF SOR to create job specifications for the works to be carried out. You will also be responsible for carrying out post inspection surveys to ensure the work is carried out to the correct standard.
You will be joining an all ready established team void delivery team - properties will be scattered but you will receive a company vehicle and have your business mileage reimbursed.
To apply for this role, you must have the following;
- Minimum of 5 years void surveying experienced working for either a contractor or HA
- HNC or ONC Surveying qualification
- A full clean driving licence
- A strong knowledge of the National Housing Federation Schedule Of Rates
This is an excellent long term freelance opportunity which requires an immediate start. There is also a strong possibility that the contract would be extended if you are able to perform your duties well.
