Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards and competencies are delivered and demonstrated
- Deliver Portfolio M&E PPM and minor works
- Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are ‘kept in the loop’ through feedback and regular updates
- Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer
- Provide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team
- Ensure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service
- Report on performance to the Regional Supervisor
- Ensure safe delivery of all companie works, including those of our service partners
- Ensure accuracy and delivery within SLA of all works
- Ensure continuity of service by controlling resource and cover
- Produce and validate quotations for Regional minor works
- Ensure harmony and integrated work ethics within the Contract Support and Regional Engineer Teams
- Liaise with the companies Regional Office Contract Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required
- Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, other colleagues
- Collate and submit audit appeal evidence
- Ensure timesheets and expenses are correctly submitted on time
- Take ownership of the site delivering exceptional service to the customer
- Accurately update and amend the CAFM System, via the PDA device
- Ensure full transparency of the service to the Customer
- Be available for duty management of out of hours response
Experience and training requirements:
- Good secondary education, with GCSE passes in Maths and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Qualified M&E Engineer, bias in either AC/Elec/Combustion
- User level understanding of CAFM systems
- User understanding and working knowledge of Web-based database systems (SharePoint)
- Commercially Gas Trained
- 17th Edition
- Authorised Permit Issuer (Electrical, MWAH, Hot, General etc)
- Strong, demonstrable multi-skilled competencies in Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, Refrigeration Pool Trained etc.
- 2 Years experience in a similar role
- Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance
