FM Senior Project Manager

Our Client are a leading international Facilities Management organisation, with a superb reputation, strong ethical values and an impressive list of clientele.
They now seek a strong Senior Project Manager, based at a large healthcare estate in Birmingham leading a projects team delivering FM type projects.
Typical projects will include mechanical or electrical asset replacement projects, refurbishments, building resilience and energy projects.
You will lead a small team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, under budget and to the level of quality expected by the client.
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at anyone time, and project value will generally be between £20,000 and £1 million.
The ideal candidate will have strong Project Management skills, the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and solid commercial acumen.
You will have an excellent appreciation of health and safety and CDM. You will also need previous experience working on NEC3 and JCT contracts and Health or Government contracts/projects experience.
The role comes with a generous package and a salary up to £65,000.
