Definition for Responsibilities
Reporting to: Office Administrators
Working Hours: 7.30am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Transfer tools, deliveries and personnel as required between sites
- Communicate clearly with all relevant company personnel on a daily basis to establish what is required each day
- Ability to follow direction but also manage own workload by prioritising what job is most important
- Keep company storage units clean and organised, with up to date inventory
- Assist on site whenever there is a need as a handyman/labourer
- Have awareness of being the face of the company, keep van clean and have professional demeanour, etc
- Confidence in contacting and dealing with suppliers and purchase items requested by site managers on account, e.g. Leyland, Jewson, Brewers, etc
Essential criteria relevant to the job

Skills knowledge and aptitude
- Clean drivers license with more than 7 years driving experience
- Excellent driving skills
- Construction industry knowledge is essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills and knowledge and access to WhatsApp, email system, etc
- Highly organised multitasker who works in a changing, fast paced environment
- Positive, can do attitude with ability to motivate and support other team members
