Contract Manager
Salary/Rate: £50000 - £55000 per-annum
Location: Ilford, Greater London
Description
Our client is currently seeking a Contract Manager ideally from a HVAC background (Not Essential) to manage a dedicated team of office staff and mobile engineers within a busy maintenance department. You will be required to be of a commutable distance to the Ilford head office.
Job Responsibilities
- Driving engineer and staff productivity
- Maximising profitability via CAFM system
- Managing and overseeing out of hours work and call-outs
- Day to day delivery of 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance
- Delivering and reporting on client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Acting on department escalation
- Attending client-facing review meetings
- Reporting on financial performance
- Coordinating training requirements of department personnel
- Ensuring decisions made to improve the overall customer support of the department are carried through
- Solving problems and making decisions daily, relative to departmental responsibilities
- Coordinating work processes and projects with other departments and divisions
- Quoting small project enquiries, up to £250k
Requirements
- Strong leadership capabilities including the ability to motivate staff.
- Be highly motivated to perform in this demanding environment.
- Experience of domestic and commercial gas, heating, air conditioning and ventilation industry is required.
