Mobile Fire Alarm Engineer
North East

Our client is looking for 2 Fire Alarm engineers to join their team to cover the North East region.
The Role:
- As a fire alarm service engineer, you will be required to carry out installation and maintenance works within Care Home providers.
- Other sectors you may work in include universities, colleges, councils and police stations.
- 40 hours per week with overtime paid after 40 hours
- Hour 8am - 4.30pm
- Call out rota 1 day in every 6.
- Company smart phone provided Testing equipment kit. Company uniform Laptop if applicable
Qualifications & experience
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of BS5839 working on both conventional and addressable systems such as Advanced, Morley, Menvier, C-Tec and Kentec.
- Training will be provided by the client for the right candidates as they are a Notifier ESD company.
- Experience in working with Nurse Call systems would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided on all aspects of the work we carry out.
- You will be required to liaise with the office via phone calls, emails, and use of the PDA system that is supplied therefore good IT skills are essential.
- Working on initiative is vital along with the personal skills to work along side the current team of engineers.
