Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 + car / car allowance + annual bonus + industry leading benefits package
I have a truly unique opportunity to join a leading fire engineering consultancy from their offices in either Central London, Manchester or Bristol, my clientare currently recruiting for a Director of Fire Engineering to oversee a team of fire engineers working on a portfolio of high profile residential, commercial, education, sports, leisure, urban, aviation and rail projects throughout the UK. The role would suit someone who has up to 5 years’ experience as a technical director or head of fire engineering and is looking to progress their career and work for one of the industry leaders in fire engineering.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading on a number of projects in their region for the Fire Engineering division, taking control of current and future projects and ensuring that financial targets of the team are met and exceeded, you would be required to generate new business and develop existing relationships with key clients and deliver fire safety engineering solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Candidates are required to hold a degree in fire engineering or a similar engineering field, membership to the relevant governing bodies such as the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) or equivalent, knowledge of building regulations and other relevant legislation would be required for the role as you will be required to liaise with various departments within the organisation.
