JOB - Soft Services Manager in Hinchingbrooke
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Soft Services Manager to undertake responsibility for the delivery of Soft Services to a prestigious FM contract in Hinchinbrooke.
Your responsibilities: In this diverse role you will be directly responsible for the management of services and process of all Soft Services including Cleaning, Portering and Security. You will drive service delivery excellence by strategically planning, prioritising and delegating workloads to maximise productivity, as well as managing our key relationship with the client. Using your technical expertise, you will also manage the day to day running of a customer centric Helpdesk function, ensuring activities run seamlessly and meet all contractual requirements.
We would like you to have experience within FM, Cleaning and Security.
