Senior Land Manager, Wembley, £68k plus great benefits

This Senior Land Manager role is for you…
Supported by our Head of New Business and looking after a small team of Land Managers you'll be identifying and acquiring land for our new affordable housing developments, seeking out new business opportunities and developing relationships which will help us invest back into local communities.
In some ways it's similar to any other Senior Land Manager role you've seen advertised before; let's face it projects are planned the same way, budgets still need to managed and your team's development is always going to be a priority. What makes your new job special is that everyone here is working to help real people and end the housing crisis. This isn't some fluffy, unsubstantiated vision on a corporate website, it's actually what we're here to do.
Your team realise that every new plot acquired, every extra penny saved on a contract, every planning delay averted means more people can get a home sooner and those homes soon grow into a community, continually supported by the work you're doing. They're now just looking for someone to guide them to do that better, which is why we will need you to have managed similar teams before.
