Salary Package: £45,000-£50,000
The HR Business Partner role:
- Highly visible ‘face of the business’ role
- Responsible for all the HR related issues
- Working with different key areas of the business
- MUST be commercially aware
- Must have generalist hr experience including ER, Talent and Recruitment
The right HR Business Partner:
- Fun, friendly and outgoing!
- Experience of recruiting and developing managers and staff
- Strong experience in employee relations
- Passionate about service – both internal and external
- Experience of working in a diverse team of characters!
- Will have experience with TUPE and unions
- Full CIPD is NEEDED
