Static Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer ELECTRICAL BIAS

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, strong minded multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a large company on a state of the art facility. The candidate will be required to work on a prestigious large HQ of a well known Oil and Gas company.
Job Role:
• Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works within commercial properties.
• Carry out individual maintenance project works.
• Work effectively as part of a team and be forward thinking to work individually when needed.
• Comply with Health & Safety systems and responsibilities.
• Complete electronic reports as required using in-house software system.
• Shift Work - 4 days on 4 days off - 07:30-17:30
- Candidate must be a strong minded individual who is able to step up into supervisory roles when needed.
Job Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical installation or equivalent.
- Must have City & Guilds 2330 level 3 or equivalent.
- 17th/18th Edition training.
- Great communication skills, excellent time keeping and a professional manner.
- The ability to problem solve independantly.
- Knowledge of Pressurisation units, PRV's, Pressurisation Pumps etc.
- Knowdlege to prioritise workloads.
Preferential Multi-Skill Requirements:
Experience in one of the following would be ideal:
- Air Conditioning Systems.
- Ventilation Systems.
- Plant Rooms.
- Hot and Cold Water Systems.
- Control Systems.
