Role details:
TFM delivery of a portfolio of sites across the UK
- Leading hard and soft services including m+e, catering and other soft services
- Budget management in excess of c10m + variable projects
- Leading an operational team both direct and sub contracted
- Overall accountability of the account including all service level targets and strategic planning
- Delivering all compliance and quality assurance for the account
- Undertaking capex projects across the portfolio
- Developing the account and process improvement
Requirements:
A technical services background is important for the role and knowledge of managing multiple site portfolios is essential for the role. Previous budget management of 10m+ is also important for the role.
