Electrical Engineer
Location: Teeside
Salary £28K plus van, mobile and pension

Our client is looking for an electrical engineer to join their maintenance team to work within the education sector.
The Role:
- To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement
- Provide small project and installation work
- Meticulous record keeping within the Water Log Book to HTM & L8 standard
- To liaise with the client & building users during internal & external audit programmes
- To undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work
- To undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the healthcare objectives of the client
- Operational input to BMS, ensuring that the building internal environment is controlled within contractual requirements
- To assist as necessary with updating risk assessments and method statements where required
- To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM
- Update PPM records and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure accurate reference data
- To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools
- To provide mobile support to satellite sites as necessary
- To ensure pathways & roads are free from debris
- To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate
- To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services
- The post holder will be required to maintain an awareness of RFM's policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the maintenance service
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified to BTEC/ HNC, City & Guilds or equivalent trade qualification
- Full driving license
- Experience of working within a facilities management environment.
