Our client, a highly prestigeous and reputable employer in West Bromwich are seeking a plumber/ general maintenance operative, based at a prestigious site in the area.
The ideal candidate will have plumbing background and will also be able to carry out basic maintenance and testing on commercial Heating and Ventilation systems. Such as air handling unit filter changes, checking temperatures and pumps plus general building maintenance.
Generally you will help support the team on all planned and reactive maintenance activities as and when needed.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very stable employer in the local area, the successful candidate receiving a salary up to £28,000 plus a generous benefits package.
