Site Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to work for my client, one of the largest housing contractors in the UK. Your role would be to assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes project in London & Kent.
The project is a mixture of FRA refurbishment and decent home projects. Works you will be managing include renewal of FED (Front entrance doors) and fire stopping works as well as roof replacements, window renewals & kitchen and bathroom replacements.
You must have a proven track record in delivering these types of works or decent home projects and ideally would come from a trade background, however this is not essential.
All of these works will be carried out on low and high rise tower blocks. Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors, health and safety talks, inspecting projects pre and post works, taking progress meetings and managing the general delivery of the programme.
All candidates applying for the role MUST have the following:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Scaffold Inspection
- Full Clean Driving Licence and your own vehicle
