Our client is a medium sized maintenance and refurbishment contractor. This contractor is based in the South East and they are looking for an experienced senior site manager to join their long term framework contract.
The works that you will be managing include external & internal decent home refurbishment projects. All of the projects are based within the M25 area with the bulk of the housing stock based in North and East London. Within this role, you would be responsible for managing your direct team which includes 3/4 site managers, 2 assistant site managers and 3 RLO's.
Within the senior site manager role, you will be expected to assist in the programming of the works, manage direct staff KPI's and sub-contractors on site, manage client expectations and hold progress meetings and be responsible for all health and safety on site.
All candidates applying for this role must have the following;
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- A Minimum of 4 years Senior Site Management experience managing decent home projects
