Description
Our Client provide bespoke cooling and heating solutions to a wide range of commercial customers. Our services include installation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC equipment, supporting customers to provide a safe, well-maintained working environment.
We have exciting opportunities for experienced Commercial A/C / Chiller / Refrigeration Engineers to join our growing team based in and around London and the South, working on commercial premises such as; offices, retail, leisure, hospitals, stadiums & care homes.
Successful candidates will have plenty of scope to progress in our rapidly expanding company.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Undertake servicing, maintenance, repairs, testing and installations on a variety of different contracts and equipment
- Undertake surveys for repairs and replacement of HVAC equipment and preparation of quotations to clients
- Carry out annual servicing to appliances in accordance to manufactures and Refcom industry standards
- Installation within a commercial environment
- Respond to emergency call outs within set times
- Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines at all times
- Adhere to current legislation, codes of practice, British Standards and safe system of work to minimise damage to the fabric of properties
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards at all times
- Participate in the company’s out of hours emergency call out rota (1 week every 6 weeks)
- Maintain all company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable and presentable manner
- Ensure all paperwork is completed, accurately and clearly, in a timely manner
Qualifications or Required Experience
- F-GAS CAT 1 2079
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 or City & Guilds equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Proven refrigeration service and maintenance experience on chillers
- Good communication skills
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance to HVAC equipment for commercial clients
